If your order was split up, and one or more of the shipments is missing 30 days or more from the date of order, we will reship the missing part(s).

A chargeback is basically when a customer calls their bank to reverse the charges made with us. Credit cards normally allow 90 days for a customer to file a claim.

Since we are more than happy to issue a refund if something is wrong with your order, there should be no reason for customers to do a chargeback.
Chargebacks result in fines for our bank, and to us. This results in more expensive goods for all customers.All orders are filled and shipped within 2 business days from the time you place it. Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Orders are shipped in under 2 business days by AIRMAIL, and will be delivered by your local postal service within 7-14 business days (2-3 weeks) from the date of order.
Our standard shipping charges are fixed at an affordable cost of $10 per order regardless of item, weight or quantity.

All orders are required to have prescriptions as per local and international laws. If you have a prescription, please scan and email it to us, or fax it to us at +1-440-348-6369. If you do not have a prescription, and in order to make your shopping experience hassle free, our qualified on-staff physician will issue a prescription for each order so we can legally fill and ship your prescription.
